Kelli
Amateur Tennis Player & Coach
"I learned more in those 2 hours than I had at countless other coaching seminars. Among the things we worked on was getting my lefty forehand fully extended at contact, reading the ball better, and using my hips to direct the ball more accurately. I still do those things during my matches today."
I am a huge tennis fan, USTA player, I coach juniors and run a recreation program. Jason has helped me so much as a coach and as a player.
I met Jason at the Acura Classic in 2007, when he was coaching Bethanie Mattek-Sands. I was lucky enough to watch a few of their workouts on court and talk with them after. Jason offered to hit with me for a couple hours.
I learned more in those 2 hours than I had at countless other coaching seminars. Among the things we worked on was getting my lefty forehand fully extended at contact, reading the ball better, and using my hips to direct the ball more accurately. I still do those things during my matches today.
Almost 15 years later, I still call Jason a friend. I call him for help with my students, for new drills, and for advice with my game or when my students are struggling.
Jason is the type of person and coach, that if you’re lucky enough to get the chance to work with him… take it. You won't regret it.
